THE PROGRAM

The 12 Pillars

World-class learning.Real mentorship.Radical access.

AscendHer is a 12-month program organized around 12 pillars, a peer community, senior mentorship, and the support structures that make it possible for a woman to build something real while the rest of her life keeps going.

Your curriculum. Your pace. Your business.

The curriculum is self-directed. No deadlines. No required sequences. No gatekeeping. Mentees move through content when it serves their business, not on a fixed schedule. Every pillar includes YouTube Shorts, Short Reads, Video Essays, and Podcasts — all with full production scripts.

→  01  Brand & Story — Your brand is not your logo. It is the feeling people have when they think of you.

→  02  Sales & Revenue — Selling is not something that happens to your customers. It is something you do with them.

→  03  Operations — A business that only works when you are working is not a business.

→  04  Funding & Finance — Money is not a mystery. It is a skill.

→  05  Marketing — Marketing is not shouting louder. It is being found by the right person at the right moment.

→  06  Content Creation — Content is how founders build trust at scale.

→  07  Legal — Legal protection is not a luxury. It is the difference between a business and a liability.

→  08  Mindset — The business is built on the founder.

→  09  Leadership & Public Speaking — Leadership is not a title. It is a practice. And public speaking is one of the most powerful tools a founder has.

→  10  AI & Technology — AI is not replacing founders. It is replacing the founders who don't know how to use it.

→  11  Community & Networking — Your network is not the people you know. It is the people who know your work.

→  12  Know Your Market — You cannot build something people want if you don't know what people want.

Plus monthly Family Focus Live Talks — open to all Mentees, recorded within 48 hours for those who can't attend live. And Community Sessions driven by what the cohort needs that month.

Community built to last beyond the program.

Aunts & Uncles

Senior practitioners with 20+ years of experience — in finance, law, marketing, product, operations, and more. Assigned based on each Mentee's business stage and needs. Each Mentee receives 2 Aunts & Uncles. Each carries 1–2 Mentees per trimester. Time commitment: approximately 2 hours per month.

Accountability Groups

Every Mentee is placed in a group of 8–12 women who meet regularly to hold each other accountable to what they said they would build. Groups are organized around shared identity, stage, or industry — immigrant founders, mothers building, service-based businesses, and more.

Big Sisters

Alumni who graduate from the Mentee role and return to give back. Through the reading library, the platform, and eventually through the Sister Circle pairing model launching in Year 2.

Community Sessions

Live sessions throughout the year, driven by what the team observes the cohort needs. Not tied to a specific pillar. Open to all Mentees. Recorded within 48 hours. Speakers include Aunts & Uncles, outside experts, and Jimena.

Lego Day

Twice per cohort year — Month 3 and Month 9. Brand-focused creative sessions where Mentees build something connected to their business identity using the LEGO Classic Medium Creative Brick Box, purchased at a program discount. No agenda. Full permission to build. Prize draw at both sessions.

THERAPY & WELLNESS

The internal work is business work.

72% of entrepreneurs experience significant mental health challenges. Yet virtually no accelerator in the world includes therapy access as a standard benefit.

AscendHer does.

Every Mentee, Aunt or Uncle, and staff member has access to therapy sessions at $15 through a vetted telehealth partner, available in English and Spanish. Not an optional add-on. Not a crisis resource. This is scheduled maintenance — the same way the program builds in reading time, movement breaks, and community rituals.

Seeking support is not a weakness. It is professional practice.
