BECOME AN AUNT OR UNCLE

20+ years of experience.~2 hours a month.Immeasurable impact.

Aunts & Uncles are senior practitioners who mentor AscendHer Mentees by choice. You have spent decades building expertise — in finance, law, marketing, operations, tech, product, or whatever field you've made your own.

We ask for approximately 2 hours per month. We pair you with 1–2 Mentees based on complementary fit. We handle all the structure — scheduling, platform, documentation. You bring the expertise and the honesty.

Specializations we're actively seeking: finance, legal, marketing, branding, sales, operations, fundraising, product, technology, HR, media & communications, real estate, healthcare, and social enterprise.

GRANT FUNDERS & FOUNDATIONS

The mission is in the structure.

AscendHer is a Public Benefit Corporation. The mission is legally protected. Grant funding supports income-based tuition access, therapy benefits, and the infrastructure that makes the program possible for women who have been excluded from every other room.

We welcome conversations with foundations, government programs, and institutional funders whose mission aligns with ours: access, equity, economic mobility, and the specific, documented gap in support for Latina and underrepresented women founders.

UNIVERSITY & CLINIC PARTNERS

Reach women founders already building something real.

AscendHer partners with universities, counseling programs, wellness providers, and community organizations to deliver program benefits and extend reach.

We are actively seeking partners for: therapy and mental health access (telehealth and clinic-based), professional services (legal, financial, business consulting), community space and events, and co-programming opportunities.
